Aerialworx Takes Flight with the ARRI ALEXA MINI LF

At Aerialworx, we take aerial cinematography to new heights—quite literally. Our team of expert drone pilots and aerial cinematographers recently had the incredible opportunity to work on the 2025 Glenmorangie Whisky commercial, capturing breathtaking, cinematic shots of Hollywood icon Harrison Ford in the stunning Scottish Highlands.

Using our Apex 3 heavy-lift drone, we effortlessly lifted the ARRI ALEXA MINI LF, a powerhouse of a cinema camera, to achieve aerial shots with unmatched clarity, depth, and dynamic range. The result? A visually stunning collection of six short films, each meticulously crafted to showcase the beauty, heritage, and craftsmanship behind Glenmorangie’s legendary whisky.

A Week in the Highlands – Capturing Cinematic Magic

Spending a week in some of Scotland’s most iconic landscapes, our team worked alongside world-class directors and cinematographers to bring this campaign to life. From sweeping aerial vistas over rugged mountains to intimate tracking shots that follow Ford’s journey through the Highlands, every frame was carefully planned and executed to enhance the storytelling with a sense of grandeur and authenticity.
