The Jury: Murder Trial Season 2
For the upcoming season of Channel 4’s The Jury: Murder Trial, Aerialworx was commissioned by ScreenDog Productions to deliver specialist aerial cinematography. Deploying the DJI Inspire 3 for cinematic, high-end sequences and the DJI Mini 4 Pro for agile, indoor and intimate shots, we provided a versatile toolkit to support the series’ demanding production brief.
A key element of our contribution was the use of our CAA-approved Operational Safety Case (OSC), which permits us to operate at just 10 metres from uninvolved people — compared to the standard 50 metres required by most operators. This rare authorisation allowed us to safely execute complex shots in Liverpool’s city centre, including dramatic establishing sequences around St George’s Hall, where proximity and precision were critical to achieving the desired impact.
Working hand-in-hand with the production team, we delivered aerial imagery that not only established key locations but also seamlessly integrated with the courtroom reconstructions, reinforcing the series’ narrative depth.
We are proud to have played a part in this ambitious Channel 4 project, bringing our experience, permissions, and technical expertise to help realise ScreenDog’s creative vision.
