Louis Theroux Interviews Bear Grylls
Louis Theroux gets whisked away by adventurer Bear Grylls to visit his private island near Abersoch, North Wales, where he is staying for the summer with his wife Shara.
Louis sits down with Bear in an attempt to understand the man beneath the tough-guy exterior. He learns about Bear being taken to see self-help gurus as a child and his experience of boarding school.
Louis accompanies Bear on trips to a Scout troop in south London and a marine reserve training camp. They also head to Devon, where Bear is guest of honour at his own family adventure festival.

This certainly wasn’t our first time filming Bear, so when the opportunity arose to film Bear and Louis together, it was an opportunity we simply didn’t want to miss. What an awesome experience, we worked with the production team and spent time filming with our DJI Inspire 2 and X7 camera at various locations around the Lleyn Peninsula in North Wales. We experienced very high winds typical of these coastal locations and this is when the DJI Inspire 2 come into it own. It never fails to impress!
